The complaints against the former head of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) Secretariat, Zia-ul-Haq Amarkhail, is closed. But people are willing to clarify the charges against Amarkhail and a number of international election monitoring organizations say the charges should be handled by the Electoral Complaints Commission (ECC), and if the charges are proved then it must to be sent to the justice and judiciary institutions.
