ELECTION 2014: Preliminary Runoff Results and Its consequences

The Independent Election Commission (IEC) announced preliminary results of the runoff presidential election Monday evening with Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai leading with 56.44 percent. But Abdullah Abdullah says they don’t accept the announcement and asked his supporters to remain patient as he decides his next steps ahead of an expected visit by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday.
