ELECTION 2014: Report Says 1,100 Afghans Killed by U.S. Air Strikes

A report published by Amnesty International on Monday claims that at least 1,100 Afghan civilians lost their lives as a result of U.S. air strikes between the years 2009 and 2013. The report goes on to lambaste the U.S. military for never investigating the deaths or seeking to help those effected by them.

In this episode of the program, host Omid Farooq talks about the Amnesty International report with the following guests:

•    Fawzia Kofi, MP
•    Qudria Yazdaparast, Commissioner of the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission
•    Huria Musadiq, Afghanistan Researcher for Amnesty International
